Risk Management Guidance - We will review your existing risk management program(s) and make recommendations. We will work with your risk management and/or legal team to improve contract language and suggest additional insurance coverages that may be needed. We will meet with your risk management team to review programs and add depth. In addition, we can work with you and your leadership team on best practices, procedures, and compliance issues. Services provided on an hourly basis. Three hour minimum. All projects will be reviewed for potential conflict of interest with Holmes Murphy.
Place Insurance Coverage on Your Behalf - If you do not have any insurance brokerage relationship or would like to change to a broker with a specialty in FinTech and related companies, I will review exposures, negotiate options, propose solutions, and service your account with no hourly fee if you utilize the insurance brokerage firm that employs me. Services outside of insurance placement (i.e. compliance services outside the scope of HMA's products will be billed on an hourly basis at a discounted rate).
